Are light bulbs included with my fixture?
Most of our fixtures do not include bulbs unless specified in the product description. This allows you to choose the preferred color temperature and brightness for your space.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Currently, we do not provide direct installation. We recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all hardwired ceiling and wall fixtures to ensure safety and warranty compliance.
Can I use LED bulbs in your traditional fixtures?
Yes, almost all our fixtures are compatible with LED bulbs, provided the base type matches and the wattage equivalent does not exceed the fixture's maximum rating.
Are your outdoor lights weather-resistant?
Our outdoor collection is specifically rated for 'Damp' or 'Wet' locations. Please check the product specifications to ensure the fixture is suitable for your specific environment.
Do your lights work with dimmer switches?
Most of our hardwired fixtures are dimmable when used with compatible dimmable bulbs and appropriate wall dimmers.
What should I do if my glass shade arrives broken?
Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will ship a replacement shade to you free of charge.
